• The consignment period is 150 days. Closet 1951 staff determines the selling prices by resale market value. Consigned items may be reduced up to 50% towards the end of your contract. 
• Closet 1951 not liable for loss or damaged articles because of, and not limited to any mishandling, fire, theft, flood, vandalism, accidental damage or any natural disaster. 
• Consignor is financially responsible for the cleaning and/ or repairs of any items at the discretion
• of Closet 1951. The cost of the cleaning and/or repairs will be deducted prior to the payout.
• The consignor will receive 40% as a check payout or an additional 10% store credit of the final sale price.
• Select Luxury items priced above $2000 will receive a 50% payout. Goods priced above $3000 will receive a 60% payout. $5000 and above receive a 70% payout.
